Eat your protein!

When I was taking the hCG drops, some days I would stall in my weight loss.  Surprisingly, chicken breastwhat seemed to help was not eating less food, but actually eating a little more protein than the recommended 3 or 4 oz.  a meal.

So, make sure to drink your water and eat your protein and HAPPY LOSING!  (weight, that is Smile with tongue out)
